Our Service Guidelines
All parents are responsible for payments on the Friday of every week.
Service payments are accepted bi-weekly or monthly for school pickups.
Early pickup for sick students are between 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM or off-peak hours.
Any student that rides with us for two or more is still responsible for full fee.
Drivers will not be collecting cash payments.
All drivers furnished with a background check. A copy of the driver's license will be on file at the school.
Call (347)726-9345 or email hello@2mariestransportationservice.com for any changes in service. We can be reached day or night if your child is not riding with us for any reason (sick, doctor's appointment, etc.)
We are not responsible for lost items or items left in our vehicles.
All payments are due at time of scheduled ride.
We need to be notified 24hr in advance for any cancellations of scheduled rides. And there will be a cancellation fee.*
There will be a grace period time frame for scheduled rides. If client if not ready when drivers arrives after grace time is up the driver will proceed to next scheduled ride. No refund will be given*
